Introduction of Voice and Audience Piece

For the awareness of audience and voice, I picked my post of “‘Blaxicans’ and Other Reinvented Americans” from our discussion board. From this post, I drew good responses from my classmates by their agreements or disagreements. On this Discussion Board, we were asked to analyze the author’s argument about assimilation and the assumption that communities provide stability. I titled my post “Flexibility is a Must.” My opinion that drew the most attention was, "Racial and ethnic distinction still matter for older generations, but for the younger ones, it's not quite as important." Ruth A. agreed and adds, "...its effects are less felt by everyone."
